Fantastic vintage Pucci dress that is very unusual. This is from the mid to late 1960s and is done in 100% cotton fabric. Stunning, bold, bright Pucci print in shades of gold, spice, black, light green, orange, mocha, magenta and ivory. Signed "Emilio" throughout the fabric on the dress.

What is most unusual about this particular dress is that it is constructed in what can only be best described as a modified "harem" style. This dress looks like it is a "normal" dress, but when viewed at the bottom it is constructed with two elastic openings at the ankle for the legs. There is a closed seam at the bottom of the dress with the two elastic leg openings. When this is viewed on the model - it appears to be a normal dress. No one would ever know. But it is actually very unusual! We have never seen another one like this one before.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The only things that were noted upon close inspection of this dress is that the metal snaps down the center front of the dress appear to have been moved over just slightly (maybe by 1/2 inch or so) to make the dress a little larger. Do not believe this is where they were originally placed when the dress was purchased.
